What do you do with the dog poop after scooping?

We have two options.

Option 1: we will double bag the waste and place it in each customer’s trash can.

Option 2: for an additional fee, we will remove the waste from the property and properly dispose of it.

Can my dog be outside when my yard is being serviced?

Yes, we love working around dogs! For the safety of our team, we kindly ask that if your dog has shown any signs of aggression, they remain indoors during our cleaning service. Ensuring our team's safety is paramount. If a dog exhibits aggressive behavior towards our team, we will need them to be secured inside, or unfortunately, we may have to remove your property from our service route.

Can I request a specific day for the service?

Yes, you can request a specific cleanup day. Not every cleanup day will be available in your area, but we do our best to fit your schedule.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No! You can start, stop, restart service by contacting us. We do require 24 hours notice to cancel a scheduled service or you will be charged for that service.

Do you offer any other services?

Why yes, we do! We also offer yard deodorizing services for an additional fee.
